The Pasadena City College Noncredit Division provides FREE adult educational courses and programs to help you pursue your academic, career, professional, and/or personal goals.
Our programs are flexible and tailored to adult learners. We offer a variety of courses that can help you develop and refine your skills. The majority of our classes are held at the Foothill Campus (one of PCC’s satellite campuses). In addition to our classes at the Foothill Campus, we also offer courses at various locations throughout the community. Courses offered at off-site locations are indicated on the Schedule of Classes.

- Career & Technical Education to prepare students for the workforce
- English as a Second Language (ESL) to learn and/or improve English
- Vocational ESL (VESL) to work on your English skills for specific occupations
